♥ We ship items via USPS First Class and UPS. We will provide you with the tracking number once it ships. First Class shipping takes on average 2-5 business days in the U.S. All U.S. orders come with delivery confirmation.

♥ SEW Stitches Boutique is not responsible for the package once it leaves our hands. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We want happy customers and even though we are not responsible for the package once it ships, and should something happen in route - let us know!
♥ Customs Orders: NO REFUNDS or exchanges due to the custom nature of our business. Please note that thread, fabric, ribbon and colors may vary and we substitute as needed to match as best as we can.
♥ You, our customer, mean the world to us! We want you happy and completely satisfied with your order with us. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please give us an opportunity to make it right.

♥ NO REFUNDS for any SSB items purchased, exchanges are accepted for items that have not been worn and still have original tags on them within 7 days of purchase with receipt. Items can be exchanged for products that are currently available in stock. No cash or credit refunds will be given.
