♥ Customs Orders: NO REFUNDS or exchanges due to the custom nature of our business. Please note that thread, fabric, ribbon and colors may vary and we substitute as needed to match as best as we can.

♥ You, our customer, mean the world to us! We want you happy and completely satisfied with your order with us. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please give us an opportunity to make it right.

♥ If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 1 week to contact us.

♥ Payment is due upon ordering! Please pay through Square within 2 business days of order.

We will begin making your item(s) as soon as we have received payment from you.

We require a minimum of 50% down on ALL orders!

♥ If you need an item sooner than our current turn around time, we do offer "RUSH" services for an additional $25 PER ITEM. You must contact us prior to purchase to check availability for rush orders.

♥NO REFUNDS for any SSB items purchased, exchanges are accepted for items that have not been worn and still have original tags on them within 7 days of purchase with receipt. Items can be exchanged for products that are currently available in stock. No cash or credit refunds will be given.
